Autism Awareness Games That Are Fun for All Week Four

As April is awareness for Autism, we here at Family Gamer Review decided to do a top 5 list of the games that we reviewed that we felt that was fun for all members of the family and our special needs gamers out there.  As we for the next month, we will weekly release games on this list for parents and guardians to try out and enjoy with their gaming family.

  1. Telsa vs. Lovecraft

Play as Nikola Telsa and use his high-powered weaponry against the monsters from the H.P. Lovecraft series in this top down shooter.  Telsa vs. Lovecraft is a great 4-player co-op game that is fun to play on the same screen.  The action in this game is very intense but still fun to play with both parents/children.  Did we mention that you can collect pieces of a mech suit and become totally unstoppable in the game?!

  1. Aaero

Aaero is a fantastic shooter where you must defeat waves of ships and go onto a rail where you must match the music that is playing in the background.  Trust me you must see this in motion to believe how wonderful, original and great this game is.  Also, the EDM music is great in this game, you just must download this great game and try it for yourself.

  1. 88 Heroes

Become the 88 Heroes and take on the evil Dr. H that wants to destroy the entire world.  In this side scroller 8-bit game, you take on the role of 88 different so-called heroes that are mostly puns off culture and satire.  Each level is 88 seconds long and if your hero gets defeated the computer chooses another one for you to complete the level.  This is a fun and great game that should not be missed!

  1. Peggle 2

Use your shooter to take out orange pegs in this classic boardwalk style game.  Peggle 2 is just an overall fun game for the whole entire family.  With different characters, with different special abilities that you can use to get the advantage on a shot of the ball.  A game that takes just as much skill and luck to beat, is still a fun family game for the whole entire family.  Did we mention that there is a farting unicorn in the game?! Yes play the game to believe it when you see it! 😊

  1. Midnight Deluxe

A unique style game of golfing where you must get a square into the hole in the least amount of tries while avoiding obstacles in the process.  Midnight Deluxe a true gem of a game where the gameplay mechanics are very easy to pick up and play this game.  Also, the background music for this game with its piano arrangement is just a beautiful to listen to.   With over 70 levels to play on, there is something new to do from level to level.  A great game for both parents and children alike to play, a must have for your digital library.

Over this past month, starting from April 2, 2019 we had a blast posting some of the many games that our gaming family here at the office loved to play and enjoy.  If you have not seen the other games on our list be sure to check out the other post that we recently have made on great games for you and your gaming family.
