This week was a big week with some new releases and games that are worth your time to download and play during these interesting days. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is a game that came out this past week and surprisingly was just the single player version remastered in 4K without multiplayer.
Call of Duty is a series that has been around for a long time, from the Modern Warfare series, to Black Ops to one off that they have done and the new Warzone multiplayer that is currently available. One of the most popular titles in the series is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 which is a great single player game. Now most gamers will remember all the bugs and problems with the multiplayer on release but the single player of this great game. From the infamous “No Russian” mission to the attack to take back the White House, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 single player that has been remastered in 4K is worth playing again. With new modifiers, updated graphics, and other surprises, this is a game that is worth playing again. Be sure to check the video below and read our review here of this great remastered game.
Another great game that this week was an interesting Japanese top-down shooter Task Force Kampus. A tough as nails, old school top-down shooter where you try to survive if you can on one life. One of the interesting things about the game is that in order to recover health, you must stop using your weapon and recharge your health but risk losing any power ups, a great risk/reward system if you ask me. A fantastic soundtrack to a great game that for any shooter fan should not miss. The game received a M -For Mature rating, however in our playtesting, we did not see any reason why it should have received this rating, outside of one F-Bomb being dropped in a lyric in the final boss battle soundtrack.
