Another week of reviewing into the books, or internet….lol and two great games reviewed this week. Blazing Chrome, a 2D side scroller where you must take on the evil robot armies. Anyone that is a fan of side scroller shooters, the Contra and Metal Slug series will be at home with this fantastic shooter. Attack of the Toy Tanks is the classic tank shooter that we all grew up with. With 60 challenging levels, and player vs. player local mode, this is a great family game for those in your gaming family that love tanks and shooters.

It has been a while since we seen a shooter come across our desk and we must admit that in a market where side scroller shooter are very saturated, Blazing Chrome shines. This game gets everything right, from characters, graphics, sound, gameplay and it has 2 play co-op locally, did we mention that the game also has a leaderboard and a speed run? Yeah, this game has everything! Blazing Chrome is a fun, fast paced game for any fans that love the Contra or Metal Slug series. As a child, did you ever play toy tanks in your bedroom? Well if you did or not…lol Attack of the Toy Tanks recreated this experience. With a lot of vivid color graphics and great music to make you feel the toy soldiers’ days of playing war in your bedroom or backyard. The game has a lot of similarities to the Atari 2600 Combat but still a fun game, also the game offers a player vs. player mode for those that want to destroy love ones in local game play.
