Bouncy Bullets

Visit a colorful world in this first-person shooter where you shoot bouncy bullets at evil monsters and avoid traps along the way.

General Gameplay

Bouncy Bullets is a very family friendly first-person shooter where you must shoot enemies and reach the end of the level as fast as you can while saving your friends from these colorful monsters.  The Game Visuals are very vivid with bright colors.  Graphics are basic, but easy enough to see on screen.  Lots of prime colors like yellow, blue, red, green is used to make up the colors in the game.  The enemies and background are very easy to see in the game, so any gamers can see the graphics without any problems.  If anything, the game is designed to be very basic in its graphic nature.  The game does not support a colorblind more, however as the game is so vivid with its colors, colorblind gamers will not have any problems seeing the game graphics.  In our playtesting, we did not see anything that would be offensive to any gamers of any age.  Audio for Bouncy Bullets is also very basic, but gets the job done.  There is some background music that goes with the game level design as well the standard sound effects from the enemy’s grunts, background lasers and the bullets being shot.  The game sound fine in both a 5.1 surround sound environment and in stereo.  If anything, the sound is very family friendly in its presentation.  Controls in Bouncy Bullets are very simplistic.  There left thumb stick moves the character, the right on is to aim.  There is a fire button, a button to change the color of your bouncy bullets and jump button.  Bouncy Bullets is designed to be very first-person friendly in its controller layout.  In our playtesting we did not have any issues with any gamers playing the game as they were able to pick up and play the game without any problems.  The game does not require a special controller so the standard one is fine to play the game.

“A fun, family friendly first-person shooter that the whole family can enjoy!”

Family Friendly

The shooter market is very saturated with shooters, some that are very violent, where Bouncy Bullets comes in it is a very simple but fun, family friendly game where all ages can play.  Think of going to your local amusement park and playing laser tag with your friends and this is that kind of feel that you have with the game.  The game is simple where you just run, jump, and shoot enemies, that’s all while trying to get the best time to finish the level.  This is a great family friendly game for siblings and/or parents to play to see who can get the best time on a level.  The game offers 4 different worlds, with 12 levels each to play as well special challenge levels to test your skills.  Here at the office, all our game testers from young ages 7 and up loved the game, the colorful graphics, and easy controls for Bouncy Bullets.  I know that there are some parents that feel that shooters are to violent for some gamers, and to the most part this is true, however Bouncy Bullets is a very family friendly game that all ages can play.  The only complaint that we had was that at times the game levels can get challenging for some gamers that are not used to first-person but after several attempts of the later levels, this was not so much of a problem.  In our special needs game testing, we did not encounter any issues with the game graphics, audio or controls as the game is very special needs gaming friendly.
